Animal transformation fics are different from traditional "creature" fics (such as veelas, vampires, and werewolves) as in the latter cases the character is usually considered not-quite-human. Eighth year is a popular era, so I'm doing more eighth year recs :) These are all drabbles and ficlets (less than 1000 words) which nevertheless manage to deliver great scenes and images.

I did Veela fics, so now it's time for werewolves :) Werewolf fics often come with a side of Alpha/Beta/Omega dynamics and knotting, so I've sorted these fics into two groups depending on how overt the ABO dynamics are. Tomorrow I'll do a set of ABO recs without the werewolves.
